Planned commercial model

• Standard license: $695 per named customer, perpetual
• The customer may be an organization or an individual
• People acting for that customer may use MCVM under the customer’s license
• A separate person or entity using MCVM for its own collection needs its own license
• First 12 months of support and updates included
• Optional support and updates after year one: $249 per additional year
• $395 Founding Museum price for the first five paying museums
• No automatic renewal
• No renewal disables MCVM or restricts access to customer data
• The qualified checkout provider and its transaction role will be identified before payment and on the receipt

Before purchasing

• MCVM Collection Manager 1.0 - application version 54.19 requires Windows 11 x64
• Installation requires administrator approval
• The live collection must use a local fixed Windows drive
• Use one active local workstation; simultaneous editing of one live collection from multiple computers or Windows sessions is not supported
• Moving from PastPerfect, CatalogIt, or another collections system? Contact MCVM to discuss migration options and the customer-generated export that best fits your collection. Full Collection Migration packages are for complete MCVM-to-MCVM moves.
