MCVM creates a user-reviewed Verified Support Package from a closed structured contract. It excludes collection records and media, backups, settings, credentials, raw logs and error messages, identifying paths, museum names, and Windows user names.
Bringing existing records into MCVM?
MCVM supports guided record imports, and Full Collection Migration packages are for complete MCVM-to-MCVM moves. If you are moving from PastPerfect, CatalogIt, or another collections system, contact Sales & Licensing to discuss migration options and the customer-generated export that best fits your collection.
