Moving from PastPerfect, CatalogIt, or another collections system? Contact Sales & Licensing to discuss migration options and the customer-generated export that best fits your collection. MCVM supports guided record imports; Full Collection Migration packages are for complete MCVM-to-MCVM moves.
MCVM does not impose an arbitrary collection-size limit. Storage requirements depend primarily on the size and quantity of the museum's records, photographs, documents, and backups, and on available disk capacity.
MCVM does not provide POS, accounting, or retail-management functions.

Recognize and retain an official release
- Release identity: MCVM Collection Manager 1.0 - application version 54.19
- Download only from this domain or its published purchase link
- Confirm Windows identifies the signed publisher as George Williams
- Match the published version and SHA-256 checksum
- Never bypass a warning for an unknown or unsigned copy
- Keep the exact signed installer, checksum, release notes, and accepted terms on protected storage apart from the working PC; a Complete Backup contains museum state, not the installer
