Print labels on US Letter paper at Actual Size / 100%, with printer scaling such as Fit to Page and Shrink to Fit turned off, after completing MCVM’s printer calibration.

Saving a PDF is not the same as successfully printing it.

MCVM preserves pending quantities after creating a PDF. Items are consumed only after explicit confirmation that the exact saved label revision printed successfully.
